    Once you've signed on the dotted line (and we're thrilled to have you), we'll introduce you to your trusty Onboarding Specialist. They'll be your guide, walking you through all the webstore wizardry and helping you build the perfect store to fit your needs and reflect your brand. It's painless, we promise!

  • Our webstore pricing is based on a variety of factors, such as the number of logos and colorways that you want to have available. If you would like to talk to one of our Account Executives about pricing out a solution for you, please request a no-pressure Discovery Meeting with us.     Our pricing of specific garments on webstores is calculated from the current blank garment price we receive from our vendors plus our decoration pricing. We work very hard to maintain pricing that is competitive in the marketplace and keeps us comparable to other swag, merch, and decoration vendors. Occasionally, our wholesale vendors will periodically increase our cost of blank goods. When this happens, we try to absorb as much of the cost as we can, but there are times when we do need to apply modest increases to the end price of some specific webstore products. Rest assured, changes like these don’t affect every product at the same time, and they won't impact the annual price you're paying for your webstore solution. We are always happy to evaluate the products on your webstore so that there are options in your end-user’s price range. Additionally, we are glad to offer discounts at regular quantity breaks for bulk offline orders.

  • We keep it straightforward: Once we've sprinkled our magic and customized a product with your logo, it's like a snowflake – unique and one-of-a-kind! This means, unfortunately, we can't reuse or resell it. We do our best to remind each shopper of this during checkout. However, we totally get it; online shopping can be tricky. If you run into any hiccups within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to us at hello@tagyourswag.com, and we'll do what we can to make you happy.

  • Usually, your order will be on its way within 7-10 business days. Once it's out the door, we'll shoot you an email with all the tracking info you need. If curiosity gets the better of you or you have more questions, drop us a line at hello@tagyourswag.com. We're here to help!

  • Webstore gift cards are pretty much the swag jackpot. They’re perfect for onboarding new team members or just to show some appreciation for all that hard work. Simply click HERE to share the swag love with your team. Just remember, gift cards are purchased upfront, and they're non-refundable.

  • While we don't currently whip up logos from scratch, we are pretty handy with existing ones. Just make sure any art files are in a vector format like .ai, .eps, or .svg. If your logo isn't quite ready for the big leagues, no worries – we can help you vectorize it for $50 per logo.

  • If your order needs to be in your hands in less than 10 business days, it's officially a RUSH order. We're all about making things happen in a hurry, but rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on product availability and our current production capacity.

  • Of course! We want you to feel confident in your choices. You can order decorated samples at a 50% discount, up to a total of $500. Just talk to your Account Manager! If you’re interested in getting your hands on some blank samples you can schedule a visit to our showroom, or we can send you up to five blank inventory items with a return label. Just be sure to send them back within 30 days, like a library book.

  • If you’re interested in sending your swag across the pond, reach out to your Account Manager to discuss details. International orders are exempt from the free shipping threshold on your webstore and are subject to additional fees.

  • Oh no, that's not good! If your order says it's delivered but is MIA, don't fret. Contact your Account Manager or our customer experience team at hello@tagyourswag.com. While we can't work miracles with lost or stolen packages, we'll team up with you to find a solution, we're in this together!

    Sometimes, carriers have a quirky sense of humor and mark packages as "Delivered" a little early. If you find yourself on a package treasure hunt and more than two hours have passed since you got that mysterious delivery notification, it's time to put on your detective hat.

    We suggest channeling your inner Sherlock and checking all the secret hiding spots – under the welcome mat, on the porch, or even with friendly neighbors who might be harboring your swag. 🕵️‍♂️

  • We're all about making things right! If your decoration isn't what you expected based on your specs, we'll replace it – no problemo. If the product itself isn't up to snuff, we've got your back too. We'll talk to the product manufacturer for you to sort things out. And if they can't make amends, we'll brainstorm alternatives to make you smile. If you're not happy with the fit or color, we'll even give you a 30% off code for a replacement item. We want you to be stoked with your swag!

  • Santa's elves are already at work! We recommend placing holiday orders early to beat the holiday rush. To make sure your team doesn’t end up with a lump of coal for Christmas, mark these dates on your calendar:

    Bulk Hard Goods Orders: Friday, November 1st

    Bulk Apparel Orders: Friday, November 15th

    Webstore Orders: Friday, Monday 2nd

    Gift Cards: Wednesday, December 18th

  • Bummer news: we can't currently sell goods you've pre-purchased or provided on our webstores, but hey, we're cooking up some solutions to make it possible. In the meantime, we've got plenty of other swagalicious options!

  • Typically, orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from when you placed the order. Keep in mind that exact delivery times might vary depending on where you live. There may also be extended shipping times during the holidays.

  • Yep, they sure do! With the holiday cheer in full swing, order volume tends to jump, and transit times stretch out a bit. For the nitty-gritty details and order cutoffs, check out FAQ “What are the 2023 Holiday Order Deadlines."

  • Our webstores offer your brand on-demand with no minimums! You'll find a wide selection of apparel, headwear, bags, accessories, and standard drinkware options. But here's the deal – items with minimum order quantities can't join the party. We have relationships with a variety of vendors, so if you want the full scoop on what's in our wheelhouse, reach out to your Account Manager or drop us a line at hello@tagyourswag.com.

  • Absolutely! Bulk hard goods, or any item with a minimum order quantity can be purchased through your Account Manager. Just give ‘em a shout or contact our Customer Experience team at hello@tagyourswag.com, and they'll hook you up!

  • We're around Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. Our offices and manufacturing are located in Louisville, KY. Swing by or drop us a line HERE– we're always here to chat! Feel free to bring your ping-pong paddle.

  • For sure! Local clients are free to pick up their offline orders. Just let your Account Manager know you plan to pick-up when placing your order. Unfortunately, though, we can't offer pick-up options for organization webstores.

  • Our standard webstore package includes one logo in two different colorways. If you're feeling extra creative and want to add more logo options to your webstore, we can make it happen! There's a one-time logo set-up fee for each additional logo. Now, when we talk about colorways, we mean the unique color styles for your logo. Usually, it's a dark garment colorway (like an all-white logo version) and a light garment colorway (often the classic full-color logo).
